What we collect
- Some of these providers may be located outside Madagascar.
How we protect it
- ID card photos, payment screenshots, and package photos are never published at a public address: each request is checked against who is allowed to see it.
- Within our team, only staff accounts can open identity documents.
Your rights
Under Law No. 2014-038 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its use, by contacting us. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can also file a complaint with the Commission Malagasy de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CMIL), the Malagasy personal data protection authority.
