What we collect

  • Account details: username, name, phone number, email, role (seller or deliveryman).
  • Seller details: mobile money provider/number, default pickup address.
  • Deliveryman identity verification: ID card number, photos of your ID card and of yourself, vehicle type.
  • Commission details: pickup/dropoff addresses and coordinates, package description, photos you choose to attach.
  • A deliveryman's live location, while actively used to show nearby commissions.
  • Payment-claim screenshots you submit as proof of a platform fee payment.

Who can see what

Visibility is deliberately limited to what each party needs:

  • Your ID card photos are visible only to you and staff — never to sellers, customers, or other deliverymen.
  • Your photo of yourself is visible to the seller of a commission you're assigned to, and to the customer via the tracking link, so they can recognize you.
  • A customer's phone number is visible only to the seller and the deliveryman assigned to their commission.
  • Confirmation codes for pickup and delivery are shown only to the party meant to hand them over in person, so they can't be used to fake a handoff.
  • Your live location is shown only to you, to compute nearby commissions.

Why we collect it

To operate the marketplace: matching sellers with deliverymen, verifying deliverymen's identity before they can accept deliveries, letting customers track their package, and tracking the platform fee sellers owe.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
