Why we verify deliverymen
A quick explainer of our KYC process.
Sellers hand off packages and customers hand off cash to deliverymen in person, often without meeting them beforehand. Identity verification (KYC — "Know Your Customer") exists so both sides can trust who they're dealing with, and so the platform can act on fraud or abuse.
What you need to submit
Your legal first and last name and phone number.
Your national ID card number, plus a clear photo of the front and back.
A clear photo of your own face, so sellers and customers can recognize you at handoff.
Your vehicle type.
How your documents are handled
Your ID card photos are only ever visible to you and staff reviewing your application — never to sellers, customers, or other deliverymen. Your photo of yourself is shown to the seller of a commission you accept and to the customer via the tracking link, purely so they can recognize you.
Review
A staff member reviews your submission and either approves it — letting you accept deliveries — or rejects it with a reason, which you can then fix and resubmit. Changing your information or documents after approval sends your account back to pending review.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data more broadly.
